Yesterday, I juiced a bunch of kale, a bunch of collard greens, 5 large carrots and 1/2 a cucumber and a handful of parsley and cilantro and several apples into an orange juice container. I wanted to drink it all in one day but wasn’t successful, just because it’s not my favorite. I probably drank about 1/2. I went to the store and bought bok choy and parsley and cilantro yesterday and plan to juice that and then want to go back and get completely different vegetables and juice them. My thoughts are if I can get in as many varieties as possible, that I’ll get hopefully all the nutrients I need. I also need to make a run to the health food store and buys some green powder supplement and chlorophyll, but I keep putting it off.
I keep waking up at 1:45 or 2:45 am and staying awake for several hours with my mind racing, then I fall back asleep, this morning for example around 5:30 am and woke up around 7:30 am. I haven’t been taking naps and I’m not tired during the day. (That’s unusual because normally I need a lot of sleep!)
